Summary: A puzzle-heavy room good for a small group of players. Some small tweaks to the puzzles could make the room flow more smoothly. Puzzles: There were a good variety of puzzles, although one puzzle was a bit tedious. Some puzzles could have been a little more clear about what needed to be done, or how to connect the dots. Immersion: The intro was impressive but the room itself was standard. The puzzles were mostly on theme for a prison room. Other than the backstory there was not much story development. This was mainly a puzzle-heavy room. In terms of tech, all the puzzles were automated. Execution: The game ran mostly fine, although some puzzles were a little tedious or finicky and needed inputs from the game master to get things to trigger. Some trigger points could have used more feedback to indicate that something happened. We didn't escape in time, but they did let us play it out to the end. Group size: We had a group of 2 experienced and 3 beginners, which was a good size for the room. Experienced groups can go with 2 or 3.

The theming of the room was fun, and the pre-show had me feeling like I was at an amusement park. The puzzles were clever and varied, if a bit lacking in theme. I would say that some of the writings in the room could have been better written, they didn't really feel diegetic and some were downright misleading. I'm all for red herrings, but the gap between the red herring and the actual answer was way too large. In one instance it looked like the puzzles or clues were modified to make them more obvious, but I think it might be helpful to take a step back and rethink the hints altogether. This is only my second room ever so take my review with a grain of salt. The room was a lot of fun but we only succeeded because the GMs were generous with the hints. All in all I would definitely recommend this room, though two players was really a bit low of a number, I'd recommend having at least 3 (the full 6 might get a bit crowded)

A very immersive room with some varied on-theme puzzles. I enjoyed this room more than the Time Breakers Challenge personally. I also thought it was a bit easier and more intuitive, so this room would be good for beginners and experts. I just wish they had more space and some additional rooms to explore.
